On the basis of Article 15 of the Statute of the Rab County Port Authority of March 26, 2024 (CLASS: 012-03/24-01/1, URBROJ: 2170-71/01-24/02-1-1), Article 92 5 and 10 of the Law on Maritime Property and Sea Ports ("Narodne novine" 83/23), the Administrative Council of the Rab County Port Authority, at its session held on June 21, 2024, passed the Decision on the amount of port charges and fees:
