DESCRIPTION OF THE RECONSTRUCTION OF GATA PUMPUREL
RECONSTRUCTION OF THE GATE FROM THE INTERIOR SIDE
The inner side of the jetty is adjusted to the new shoreline starting from a width of 0,40 m at the root of the jetty to a width of approx. 2,70 m on profile 10 (approx. 64 m' of the jetty. At lengths of 13,00 m', 49,00 m' and 85 m three pairs of sailor's steps are built from the foot of the jetty. The height of the new edge of the coast is +1,25 masl with a transverse fall of 0,5% towards the coast. The total height of the coastal wall ranges from 2,00 to 4,00 m' in length approx. 23,00 m'.
EXTENSION OF THE GATE ROOT AND APPROACH
The approach from the public traffic surface is made in a width of 17,4 m with a vehicular approach of min. width. 6,0 m. As part of the approach, a 12,0 m diameter vehicle turning area and a space for waste containers are provided. Within the same area, it is possible to build a charging station for electric vehicles. The construction of the approach plateau is carried out in a total length of 39,30 m' as an embankment from the dismantled existing Pumpurel jetty, with a protective shoal on the southeast side exposed to waves. The edge of the approach plateau is bounded by a protective wall 1,0 m high and stone cladding. The above-sea part of the school is within the scope of the intervention shown in the graphic part of the report.
EXTENSION OF THE FULL-WIDTH QUARTER
From the narrowing of the plateau to the existing head of the Pumpurel jetty in a length of 102,00 m, a double coastal wall filled with an embankment with a total width of 9,50 m is constructed. The construction is completely carried out using the technique of camp excavation, underwater excavation up to the level of the foundation and the installation of prefabricated concrete blocks with filling and by backfilling from the inside of the blocks. The foundation is performed as a shallow foundation on a layer of replacement non-coherent embankment approx. 0,5 m thick with the previous installation of geotextiles. The foundation block is solid concrete with a thickness of 0,50 m with a placement tolerance of ± 5 cm. The foundation blocks of the outer side of the jetty are placed at a depth of -3,70 m, and the inner ones at a depth of -3,20 m. Hollow concrete prefabricated blocks of the underwater part of the coastal wall are mounted on the foundation blocks with slots for later monolithicization up to a height of ±0,00 mnm . The assembly blocks of the outer wall are 3,00 m wide, while those on the inner side of the wall are 2,70 m wide. The outer coastal wall is preloaded according to the recommendation from the geotechnical study in the amount of 30 kN/m2 and for a duration of 4 weeks with geodetic monitoring of displacement.
After preloading, the grooves between the blocks are filled with in-situ concrete of the designed composition, as well as the coastal serclages with a width of 1,20 m on the outside and 1,00 m on the inside of the jetty. Backfilling of blocks and cerclage with a stone embankment of grain size 0,5-200 kg/pc. from the excavation with the execution of relief prisms and the filter layer of the embankment up to the height of the planned profiles.
Along the length of the jetty, three segments of the protective wall against wave overflow are constructed from a height of 1,20 m to a height of 2,80 m. The protective walls are 0,60 m wide at a distance of 2,40 m from the outer edge of the jetty and 6,50 m from the inner edge. the edge of the ghat. They are made as cantilever gravity concrete walls covered with stone cladding.
The operative surface of the ghat is made as a smoothed concrete base 20 cm thick on a prepared base or with a 10 cm stone lining according to the investor's choice.
The treatment of the ghat consists of stone covers and slabs with a cross-section of 60/30 cm placed in cement mortar 1:3 and an average length of approx. 90 cm, then stone cladding with a thickness of 8 cm at a height of 95 cm, while the horizontal surfaces are performed as a smoothed concrete slab with a thickness of 20 cm on the previously on a prepared base and according to the investor's choice with a final stone coating. Three sailor's steps are built on each coastal wall. The stairs are covered with stone as covers in the floor plan dimensions of 2,40 x 0,60 m.
The equipment of the jetty on the inside consists of poles with a load capacity of 500 kN, then rubber buffers-cylindrical profiles of length 1500 mm placed at the same distance as the poles and stainless steel rings between the poles and towards the head of the pier.
The equipment of the jetty on the outside consists of poles with a load capacity of 500 kN and stainless steel rings between the poles.
RENOVATION OF THE GATE HEAD
Due to the action of the vessel's propeller, the foundation of the jetty head was damaged, and damage is also visible on the above sea level.
The existing head of the jetty is carefully dismantled and reconstructed in the same dimensions using the same technique as the coastal wall in the underwater part and connecting it to the volume of the jetty, as well as reconstructing the above-ground part in the previous dimensions and from the previous stone blocks. When excavating the junction of the new jetty and the jetty head, take care not to undermine the level of the foundation of the jetty, in order not to disturb the foundation embankment of the jetty head.
The existing harbor light remains at the head of the jetty.
