The port area consists of the coastal land part and the associated water area.
By transferring the borders of the port area to the cadastral plan, it follows that the land part of the port area consists of the cadastral parcels of KO Lopar, namely: 10303,10121, 1/10121 part, 2/9204 part, 1/XNUMX part and a part that is not on the plan.
The port consists of an operational wharf with an associated area. The operational jetty has a developed operational length of the coast of 40+50+15+35+14+40=194 meters, a depth next to the jetty of 0,5 to 5 meters, and the capacity to moor one ship or ferry and one smaller ship. The other part of the coast is a pier with the capacity to moor 10 boats in transit. The jetty of the port is massively built of concrete and stone and is in good condition for use.
The harbor is equipped with devices for mooring boats, fenders, a harbor light and a ferry ramp. The port has a connection to the island road, and the possibility of connection to water supply, electricity and telephone. The village of Lopar has the ability to provide services of a satisfactory standard.
