Public consultation on the draft Ordinance on the implementation of simple procurement procedures for goods, services and works of the Rab County Port Authority
The Rab County Port Authority is opening a public consultation on the Draft Ordinance on the implementation of simple procurement procedures for goods, services and works.
The aim of the consultation is to inform the interested public about the proposed rules for implementing simple procurement procedures and to enable the submission of proposals, comments and opinions before the adoption of the Ordinance.
The consultation lasts 30 days, from September 4 to October 5, 2026.
Representatives of the interested public, and especially economic entities that participate or intend to participate in the simple procurement procedures of the Rab County Port Authority, are invited to submit their proposals, comments and opinions via the attached form to the email address info@zlu-rab.hr , indicating the subject: " Consultation - Regulations on simple procurement ".
Upon completion of the consultation, the Rab County Port Authority will consider all timely received proposals, comments and opinions and will publish a Report on the public consultation on its website.
